1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the activity are eligible for a full refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 6 days and 4 days prior to the activity will receive a 50% refund.
  • 30% Refund: Cancellations made between 4 days and 2 days prior to the activity will receive a 30% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the activity or on-the-spot cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.

2. Cancellation by Kris Trails

● In the rare event that Kris Trails needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, Force Majeure, or other situations beyond our control), you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. Additionally, we will do our best to provide you with alternative options for rescheduling your activity.

3. Processing Refunds
