Party and Theme Nights
Party Night:
a) Where: At Pinecrest Chalet mainly.
b) When: Conducted at our resort options, based on the time of year and special occasions.
c) What to Expect: Enjoy dancing, singing, and a variety of food and beverages (as per menu and chargeable). If you have specific food or beverage requests, please inform us in advance. Charges will be communicated at the time of inquiry.
d) Cost: Attending the party is free. Food and beverages are charged as per menu prices. Prior booking is required for special requests.
Theme Night:
1) Events: Bonfire nights with songs and food, Diwali night, Christmas/New Year night, local festivals, and more.
2) Bonfire Night: If a group chooses this option, booking and payment for wood must be done in advance.
3) Food and Beverage Policy: Same as party night—menu prices apply, and special requests should be made in advance.

Booking/ Cancellation Policy
To make sure everything goes smoothly, please book at least two weeks in advance. Extensions depend on availability.
For cancellations:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the activity are eligible for a full refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 6 days and 4 days prior to the activity will receive a 50% refund.
- 30% Refund: Cancellations made between 4 days and 2 days prior to the activity will receive a 30% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the activity or on-the-spot cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.
